As we face ongoing challenges without a manual, leaders navigate through circumstances that our predecessors have not yet laid the foundation for. For many entrepreneurs, resilience has not been a necessary leadership trait. Those who exhibit this quality, however, adapt to the chaos: sharpening a newfound sense of optimism and seeking means to move forward.
