The Great Indian Festival sale is live on the ecommerce platform. During the sale, Amazon introduced “diamonds” as points to unlock offers and games and win rewards. Like any sales event on Amazon, prime members also get the added benefit of earning diamonds. To take advantage of the benefits of this new method, you must download the Amazon application and login.

During the sale you can get great discounts in all categories. Credit card and debit card holders of ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Citi Bank can also immediately receive a 10% discount. The sale is in its final days, so if you haven’t checked out the deals yet, you can check them out here.

How to earn diamonds?
Diamonds can be earned by shopping, playing games, using Amazon mini TV and performing various other activities on the platform.

Prime members can earn up to 400 diamonds per item and non-prime members can earn up to 200 diamonds.

When purchasing ₹100, users will earn 20 diamonds.

Note: The minimum value of the item must be:
500.

Example:

If an item costs ₹5,000, prime members will earn 400 diamonds and non-prime members will earn 200 diamonds.

Likewise, if an item costs ₹625, prime members will earn 240 diamonds and non-prime members will earn 120 diamonds.

How to use the earned diamonds?
The diamonds are considered points that can be used to save extra on your purchases by unlocking offers or using them as cashback. Users can also use diamonds to play games and win prizes.
