“Selling sunset” was a worldwide hit, so it made sense for Netflix to expand to a shiny new location. According to Screen Rant, “Selling Tampa” premiered on Netflix on December 15, 2021 and quickly became one of the service’s most-watched and highest-rated series. “Selling Sunset” is known for its all-female real estate cast. The sitcom “Selling Tampa” revolves around a real estate business run entirely by black women.
Allure Realty, as aptly named the many houses these gorgeous ladies tried to flog, were just as stunning as their Los Angeles equivalents, especially given its potential to dominate Tampa’s oceanfront market. Sharelle Rosado, the founder, proved to be an equally outstanding leader, if not more so than the Oppenheim twins. As Elle points out, despite Allure launching in 2019, the company already has locations in Tampa Bay and Miami, indicating great potential for future development.
“Selling Tampa” premiered just in time to ease our winter blues, but now that fans have watched at least one episode of the first season, we’re all craving more. This concludes our coverage of Season 2 of “Selling Tampa”.
Tampa Season 2 Selling Release Date:
Selling Tampa has not yet received a second season renewal. It’s still early in the game, though, as the first season of Stranger Things premiered on Netflix on December 15, 2021. It’s certainly possible that “Selling Tampa” will be taped later this year with the intention of getting season 2 in December or even earlier if Netflix wants to capitalize on positive word of mouth.
While “Selling Tampa” was clearly popular with viewers, behind-the-scenes executives often take the time to double-check the numbers and determine if continuing is worth it. That said, it’s fair to assume we’ll be seeing more “Selling Tampa” since it’s trending in the streaming giant’s Top 10 and its sibling show “Selling Sunset” has just been renewed for a second season. .
Normally about six months pass between seasons of ‘Selling Sunset’, but fans had to wait an infamously long period for the most recent season due to COVID-19. So it could be summer 2022 or it could be another winter; we’ll just have to wait and see.
Cast of Selling Tampa Season 2
Sharelle Rosado, the proprietress of Allure Realty, would likely take center stage again, though her pregnancy is likely to affect her schedules.
Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio and Tennille Moore will also almost certainly return. However, there are concerns about Alexis Williams, who was fired by Sharelle at the end of season one, and Rena Frazier, who caused controversy by trying to open a competitor’s brokerage.
As with Selling Sunset, it’s not uncommon for new faces to join the group (hello, Vanessa and Emma), so we can expect to see cast additions as the series takes place as well.
Sales Lot of Tampa Season 2
We learned in Season 1 that Sharelle was pregnant and that her fiancé Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was in Miami, 280 miles away. Thus, the second season will focus on various challenges in the Miami branch, as well as the conflict between Sharelle and Johnson.
What the showrunner and the show’s writers put in the bucket of Tampa’s old and new team members will be determined.
