City-based drone-as-a-service company Garuda Aerospace said it has raised $5 million from a major infrastructure development company, high net worth individuals and angel investors.



With the funds raised, Garuda Aerospace will focus on building advanced drone solutions for the armed forces in collaboration with global defense and aerospace giants, the company said Thursday.

Garuda Aerospace has entered into a long-term partnership with: Lockheed MartinElbit Systems, the Indian Institute of ScienceIIT-M, and MIT Boston.
