airtel is one of the telecom giants in India. With the second largest market share of wireless subscribers, Airtel offers stiff competition to the major network providers such as Jio, BSNL and Vodafone.

Airtel offers various value-added services to its subscribers, including caller melodies. In fact, Airtel calls this Hello Tunes. Once you set the caller/hello melody, your callers can hear the set melody instead of the ring tone until you answer the call. If you have subscribed to an unlimited plan, you can set the caller’s number for free. Other subscribers will have to pay ₹19 per month to enable this service.

How to Match Caller to Airtel

You must first download the Wynk Music App on your mobile phone from Google Play or App Store in order to set up the caller to your Airtel number.

To register with this app, enter your phone number and enter a one-time password (OTP).

Land on the home screen and click on Airtel Hello Tunes which you will find in the top right corner.

Scroll through the list of melodies and songs you find and choose the one you want to set as the caller melody on your Airtel mobile number.

Tap the number you want to dial and then click activate for free.

You have now set yourself up Airtel caller tune. It is valid for 30 days from the activation date. If you have an unlimited plan, you can renew the caller’s number for free.

How to disable the caller in Airtel?

If you want to disable the caller’s number in Airtel, go to the Wynk Music app and tap the menu you find at the top left. Go to “Manage Hello Tunes” and then tap the three-dot menu you’ll find next to the current hello tune. Go to ‘Stop Hellotune’ then tap ‘Done’ to complete the process and now the caller number you set up is disabled.
