The English version of Leadale no Daichi Nite for the fantasy and adventure anime has been released.
Crunchyroll has confirmed that the streaming service will offer a Leadale English dub for fans around the world to enjoy.
The Leadale no Daichi Nite anime, or In the Land of Leadale anime, is an adaptation of the light novels written by Ceez and illustrated by Tenmaso.
It was first published on a website called Shosetsuka ni Naro. However, as the series grew in popularity, it was acquired by Japanese publisher Enterbrain.
Enterbrain propelled the franchise’s growth further and launched a manga and an anime.
The release date of Leadale no Daichi Nite English Dub
Earlier this year, Crunchyroll confirmed that the release date of the English dub of In the Land of Leadale would be February 16, 2022.
The English dub is directed by Kirstie Simone and produced by Studiopolis†
Studiopolis previously provided the dubs of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, Platinum End, Jujutsu Kaisen and many more.
Some of the voice actors on the show include Xanthe Huynh as lead actor Cayna, Chris Niosi as Skargo, Dorothy Fahn as Marelle, Corinna Boettger as Lytt, and Keith Sylvestein as Kartatz.
Leadale No Daichi has a total of 12 episodes and each English dub episode has been released weekly for streaming on Crunchyroll.
Fans have described the anime as fun, lighthearted and relaxing. It’s not heavy on the action and has cool visuals.
The feisty protagonist and the adventures of other characters in this imaginative Isekai make for a relaxing and easy-going watch.
Leadale No Daichi Nite anime plot
The Land of Leadale is an isekai but not the typical storyline we are used to.
Unlike most isekai, the main character of this fun and relaxing anime is a woman who is transported to another world.
The story revolves around the female lead Keina Kagami. While she is in serious medical condition due to an accident that leaves her with almost nothing to do.
She can only play her favorite VR MMO game called Leadale, the power goes out in the city and her life support is cut off. However, her consciousness is transported to the game, only 200 years ahead, where there are plenty of changes from what Keina remembers.
Her achievements while playing the game are still intact, such as her alias Cayna which she goes on, her powers, towers and the adoption system of non-player characters.
She adopted three children while in the game, who are adults 200 years later.
Leadale’s land is in disarray, and Keina sets out to unravel the mysteries surrounding her situation and that of the country she finds herself in.
Along the way, she meets other characters and so begins her adventure in the land of Leadale.
The first season aired in March 2022. A sequel, In The Land of Leadale Season 2, has not yet been announced. Stay tuned!
