The anime series Shinchou Yuusha, known in Japanese as Kono Yūsha ga Ore Tsuē Kuse ni Shinchō Sugiru, is based on a popular light novel of the same name which was first published in 2017. The Shinchou Yuusha light novel series was written by Light Tuchihi. and illustrated by Saori Toyota.

Cautious Hero is a great isekai fantasy anime series with comedic elements loved by people all over the world, which follows Seiya Ryuuuguin, who, after being summoned by the goddess Ristarte to save the world of Gaeabrande from destruction, finds himself prepares for his noble journey.

The anime television series Shinchou Yuusha has had only one season so far, directed by Masayuki Sakoic and animated by Studio white fox† It is not yet known whether the director will return for Shinchou Yuusha s2.

The first 12-episode Shinchou Yuusha television anime series premiered in Japan in October 2019. Since then, this series has amassed a sizable fan base who are still waiting for Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 Episode 1 or some sort of sequel.

Is Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 Coming?

Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 has a slim chance of it happening. However, there are reliable rumors that Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 has already been greenlit. Most likely because the anime was cheap to produce. If the rumors are true, the second season should be announced in the coming months.

The main reason I’m skeptical of the rumors is that this anime adaptation didn’t sell very well. The average number of Blu-Ray sales is about 700, which is low, and there are only 150 pieces of merchandise and only three figures manufactured for this series. Also, the last part of the light novel only sold about 7,000 copies, and that was after the anime adaptation.

In addition, no new light novels have appeared in the past two years. I don’t see why this series should be renewed for a second season. In addition, the author launched a new series called Full Dive. In other words, if the next season isn’t announced within the next 6 to 12 months, the rumors are false and there won’t be a sequel.

Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 Release Date

There is no official release date for Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 as a second season has never been confirmed, canceled or announced, so there will be no countdown and we’ll have to wait and see if we get the release date in the coming months. It really depends if the rumors are true,

This is one of the few anime sequels that I doubt, but because it was so cheap, I saw Kadokawa make a short second season. When White Fox’s next anime project is revealed, we’ll find out if Shinchou Yuusha Season 2 is in the works. They are unlikely to release more than one or two new series next year.
