So far, Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 has not been officially announced, so there is no release date for the second season of this anime, but the question is whether there will be a Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 and when it will come out.

Here’s everything we know so far about whether or not a new season of Rokka No Yuusha is coming and when it will be released.

The anime series Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers, called Rokka no Yuusha in Japanese, is based on a successful light novel of the same name that was first published in 2011. The light novel series Rokka no Yuusha was written by Ishio Yamagata, with illustrations by Miyagi.

Rokka No Yuusha is a popular mystery fantasy anime series with action elements loved by people around the world, which follows Adlet Mayer, a self-proclaimed “strongest man in the world”, who arrived on the continent of Piena in the hope one of the Brave .

The anime television series Rokka No Yuusha has had only one season so far, directed by Takeo Takahashi and animated by Studio PassioneIt is not yet known whether the studio or director will return for Rokka No Yuusha s2.

The first 12-episode Rokka No Yuusha television anime series premiered in Japan in July 2015. Since then, this series has amassed a sizable fan base who are still waiting for Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 Episode 1 or some sort of sequel.

Is Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 Coming?

Unfortunately, Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 is unlikely to take place. If Pony Canyon had any intentions of making a second season of Rokka No Yuusha, it would have happened a long time ago. It’s been more than five years since the first season aired, and after five years there has been little interest in the series from fans, the author, or even the studio.

In the case of Rokka No Yuusha, it’s because the series was not profitable. The first season sold an average of about 460 Blu-rays per disc, which is terrible. The light novels sold fewer than 15,000 copies of each volume in 2015, and even the merchandise fared poorly with only 70 items and 1 figma.

There is also the problem with light novels. The author stopped writing this series in 2015 and to this day it is still a hiatus. Only 6 volumes have been released without any sign of continuation. That is why Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 will most likely never take place.

Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 Release Date

There is no official release date for Rokka No Yuusha Season 2 as a second season has never been confirmed, canceled or announced so there is no countdown, and given how bad sales did with the light novel’s long hiatus, it won’t happen, although this series is not finished yet.

I just wanted to say that there is still a chance this series will get a new season and release date. However, after more research on sales and author, I’d say it’s close to 0% by 2021. There’s no point in making a second season when the author gave up on the series. If the author had writer’s block or other health problems, he should at least tell the fans that.

If any news or release date for Rokka No Yuusha is announced on the Rokka No Yuusha official website, we will update this article. If you have given up hope of a new Rokka No Yuusha season being released, you can start reading the light novel from part 2, as the anime only covered part 1.

Final Thoughts on Rokka No Yuusha Season 2

Many anime fans would celebrate when Rokka No Yuusha anime season 2 was announced, but unfortunately it will never happen. This is one of the series where the reason is pretty obvious and that’s why I find it hard to ever get to see another season.
