ungary have the chance to build on their impressive start to their Nations League campaign with victory over Italy tonight.

Most expected the eastern Europeans to sink into the relegation spot of League A Group 3, up against the European champions, Germany and England.

However Saturday’s victory over the Three Lions has set Hungary up for a decent performance in the group stage – which could continue in Cesena this evening.

In their way stand an Italian side held by Germany on the opening weekend to leave them searching for an upturn in fortunes following their World Cup heartbreak and defeat to Argentina in the Finalissima.
