Exercise at least 30 minutes a day

For Jason, his secret to staying slim is not attributed to his diet, but to limiting the number of times he eats: twice in a normal day. “I eat pretty much anything I want. I don’t think anyone would call my eating habits impressive or healthy. I eat twice a day and that keeps me slim,” explains Oppenheim.
While Jason’s diet may not be what you’d expect from a fit person’s diet, his discipline of eating just twice a day allows him to perform incremental fasts, maintaining a daily calorie deficit. In this case, it’s about when you eat, not what you eat. Jason eats lunch and dinner, while consuming a morning breakfast.
Intermittent fasting is a popular method of burning fat. If you don’t eat for 10-16 hours, your body will go to the fat store for energy and burn fat faster. And while this method works for Jason, it may not be for everyone. Mayo Clinic says:, “Intermittent fasting is safe for many people, but not for everyone. Skipping meals may not be the best way to manage your weight if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.”
Being strict about when you eat and giving your body time to go through periods without eating may seem difficult at first, but this will help you stay lean.

Don’t overwhelm yourself
Another important part of Jason Oppenheim’s consistency is not to overwhelm himself as he makes an effort to train. “I go to the gym quickly. I don’t make it an overwhelming experience for myself. For me, I just want to tick the box. I make the most of it,” Oppenheim noted.
There’s nothing wrong with keeping your workout short. This gives Oppenheim more time to get to work and still take care of his body. “Leave the office and come back in 35 minutes,” explains Oppenheim.
