Lauren Jauregui was born on June 27, 1996. Michael Jauregui is her father and Clara Morgado is her mother. Her parents are native Cubans. Her father worked as a factory manager and her mother was a teacher. When Fidel Castro came to power, her parents emigrated to the United States of America. Jauregui has two younger siblings. She claims to be able to trace her ancestors back to Cuba and Spain.
She attended Carrollton’s Sacred Heart School. This was a girls’ boarding school in Miami. She was very involved in extracurricular activities at school.
