Liverpool will, not for the first time, have to make Premier League history to win their second title in three seasons this afternoon.
The Reds sit a point behind Manchester City and are looking to become the first team in the Premier League era to oust the leaders on the final day.
To do so, Liverpool will need to beat Wolves and hope that former club captain Steven Gerrard does them a favour as City host Aston Villa.
Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk start the game on the bench, though the former could come on as he looks to hold off a late threat from Heung-min Son to win another Golden Boot.
It remains to be seen if Jurgen Klopp will be prepared to risk Salah with the Champions League final six days away, but an against-the-odds title victory today will see Liverpool win the domestic treble, matching City’s historic feat of last season.
