So no surprise to see Stones and Laporte in defence for City, as the only fit centre-backs. Grealish and Mahrez are back into the side, with Foden potentially starting as a false nine.
For United, no Ronaldo as expected and the visitors are also without Varane and Shaw. Bit of uncertainty as to who the striker will be for United, if they line up in their usual formation. Elanga through the middle, maybe Fernandes further forward too.

Here come City
Home side have arrived at the Etihad.
Team news coming up in just over five minutes – Ronaldo expected to miss out with injury.
Pep Guardiola believes Manchester City need to sign a striker and that the club will try and do so in the summer.
After Sergio Aguero left at the end of last summer, City made a big move to bring Harry Kane to the Etihad but were unable to reach an agreement with Tottenham.
Guardiola believes it’s a position that the club needs to address, even if he’s earned praise for how City have performed without a traditional striker for much of the campaign.
“I think the club needs a striker, definitely,” Guardiola said.
“But, I’m sorry, maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t agree with you. You say we play fantastically well without a striker because we are winning.”

Ahead of today’s game, Ralf Rangnick has said he has an opinion on who should be the next Manchester United manager but is yet to discuss the subject with the club’s hierarchy.
“So far, we’ve not spoken about that,” he told Sky Sports News.
“Not with John Murtough or anyone else, we’ve not spoken about this topic over the last weeks and months since I’ve been here. I know my opinion but so far we’ve not spoken about that so it’s all I can tell you.”
Mauricio Pochettino remains the favourite for the United job, while Erik ten Hag is also among a contender and his work at Ajax has won the admiration of Rangnick.
“I don’t know him to start with as a person, but I’ve seen how Ajax have developed since he’s been there,” Rangnick said.
I know about the work he did while he was at Bayern Munich and it’s obvious he’s one of the top coaches in Europe but there are a few others.
“We’ve not spoken about any new manager so far and therefore we’ve not spoken about him.”
Fans are starting to arrive at the Etihad Stadium…
