Police say a murder investigation is underway early Monday morning after four people were injured and one killed in a shooting in Sacramento. J, L and 16th Street are closed while officers investigate. The family of the victim who died in the shooting identified him as 31-year-old Greg Najee Grimes. A friend, a coach, a teacher, a grandson, a cousin, a nephew, a son and most importantly a father,” said Grimes’s family.
