But it’s been two years and fans haven’t learned anything about Season 3 of Glitch Techs. Well, the streaming giant has already ordered an additional ten episodes, counting as the show’s third season, before the first season came out. It means season 3 of Glitch Techs is underway. But fans have to be patient.

Glitch Techs Season 3: Production Update!
As mentioned above, the third season is already in the cart. However, it’s been two years and the studio, including the streaming giant, hasn’t made any commitments on Glitch Techs season 3 production details. Well, during the production of the first season, the show was picked up for the third season. The creative team has already mapped out the third season. In fact, Season 3 was boarded and designed. A quick summary!
In the previous season finale, Five and Miko found that BITT was lagging due to the management of all HQ functions and overcrowded memory. So Phil decided to replace BITT. But to prevent him from replacing BITT, they decided to wipe his memory and found a huge hidden file titled Coo-Pie-Caken. The duo couldn’t remove it and accidentally activated it. Later they followed the rogue BITT and left everything in Bergy’s hands. Now Bergy had to run Ops and spawn a roaming Fishwakka Glitch. BITT raided cooking ingredients, but when the duo couldn’t follow BITT, they headed for EMP Grenade, which later led BITT Prime to continue the program.
Meanwhile, by eating Phil’s lunch, Fishwakka neutralized all copies and spawned them. Later Phil called them to update it. As for BITT, he went to Phil’s house and activated a hidden lab where he saw some ingredients that helped him retrieve a ROM cartridge. On the other hand, Miko accidentally activated the home security drone, causing Phil to rush to rescue them. After BITT’s memory was cleared, Phil sent Five and Miko back to headquarters. But Phil found a mysterious ROM file. Phil’s youngest himself recorded a video informing him of how the company erased his memory, and kept it to let him know about the glitch if anything happens in the future.

What will happen next?
The previous season left a loose thread to explore in the third season. The recorded video helped restore Phil’s memory. He knows about the glitches and how they caused chaos in the real world. So he will try to find the missing puzzles and confront Five and Miko to check if they know about their past. Now Phil goes on a mission to unravel the mystery behind those glitches. Meanwhile, it seems that Hirobi is using advanced technology that was originally created for something else. In other words, if you remember, glitches were revealed to be made from glitches in code. But in the first episode, Mitch replaced a piece in a console and revealed that the glitches have something to do with hardware.
Perhaps that technology could release alternate reality glitches intended for something else. Apart from this, there is a possibility that there is no such real world. It means everyone lives in a virtual one. So instead of escaping to the real world, glitches escaped to another virtual world, where people live. Now they can manipulate the whole world if they escape from that virtual world. This is why the gloves can do many things, including breaking glitches and erasing memories. Now the big question here hinges on whether everyone has unnoticed hooked into a matrix scenario.

Glitch Techs Season 3: Release Date
As of now, the anime has yet to go into production. It is therefore difficult to predict when the next season will be released. Further, if the show goes into production, it will take almost a year to complete production and a few months to complete post-production.
