he Champions League knockout stages get underway on Tuesday night and the last-16 has thrown up a truly heavyweight clash to get things underway as Paris Saint-Germain host Real Madrid.

PSG could only finish second to Manchester City in Group A and as a result find themselves facing a tough last-16 tie against the most successful side in the competition’s history.

Real Madrid suffered a stunning 2-1 defeat to Moldovan minnows Sheriff early in the group stage but won all five of their other matches to romp into the knockout stage.

Carlo Ancelotti, back at the helm having delivered Real Madrid’s long-awaited tenth title – La Decima – back in 2014, is now seeking to win its 14th.

TV channel: The match will be televised on BT Sport 3, with coverage starting at 7:15pm and kick-off set for 8pm.
