What to expect from the Chi season 5?
At the end of the series’ fourth season, Tiffany told Emmett that she didn’t want an open relationship and that they would both bond. However, she could not speak. Meanwhile, Trig found the video footage of what Douda was doing to Marcus and warned them to reveal his actions to the public. On the other side, Douda fled the city and Marcus came out alive. We also saw that Roselyn had taken over as interim mayor during Douda’s absence.
On the return of the show with The Chi season 5, the story picks up where the fourth season left off. We’ll see where Emmett and Tiffany’s relationship goes. On the other hand, even though Douda has left town, there’s a very slim chance that he’ll be gone for long in the fifth season. In addition, Rosalyn will face challenges as she tries to hold on to the position of mayor. Meanwhile, the interaction between the community and the police may also be one of the themes in the next season. We will probably witness people dealing with their problems alone as the show is mostly about community.
Why is Emmett a fan favorite?
We may disagree on our thoughts about Emmett. He occasionally acts honorably, such as genuine concern for Emmett Jr., which makes you worry about his other children. And when does he really choose to grow up? Although he has good intentions, there is a sense of insecurity about his personality.
Emmett embodies the hustler ideal. He always finds a way to achieve his goals without going too far beyond the limits. He will get what he wants. He has a sharp mind and arguably the wittiest personality of all The Chi characters.
