Ordinary people find themselves in a series of games where they have to play with everything they have because their lives are at stake. New! we are not talking about Squid Game but about another thriller series that came out on Netflix in 2020, Alice In Borderland. The first season of the series was breathtaking and now fans are looking forward to Alice In Borderland Season 2.
Alice In Borderland is a Japanese dystopian thriller drama series that premiered on Netflix in 2020. The show revolves around Ryōhei Arisu and his friends. They unconsciously become part of the games that put their lives on the line. And the penalty for stopping playing is death. The series progresses as Arisu and his friends try to survive by playing the games where he meets Usagi.
Alice In Borderland Season 2: Expect Plot
The first season of Alice In Borderland ended with a possible ending of the numbers card game. The players played “The Witch Hunt” in a challenging level. To win the game, the contenders had to find Momoka’s killer and throw him into the fire. Meanwhile, Usagi, along with his teammates, rescued Arisu. He further told them that Momoka had actually committed suicide when the game started.
And the players won when they threw Momoka’s body into the fire while Chishiya collected the card. However, after the match ended, they found out that the match organizers were actually the players who wanted to extend their visas. As the players were confused, Mira came up to them and told them about the upcoming round of play. In the game, the players must collect the face cards.
After the first episode, there were many unanswered questions. We expect the second season to reveal the answer for them. Alice In Borderland Season 2 introduces the public to the new series of games that are planned. And we can only expect them to be even more dangerous than the first season. The season can also reveal to us the origins of the games and the motive behind them. In the second season, we will discover the fate of the players who survived the first round.
Usagi and Arisu’s love in second season?

Things may have gotten off to a bad start between Usagi and Arisu, as Arisu turned down Usagi’s help at first. However, it was emotional and heartbreaking to watch them slowly converge. We can’t help but wonder what’s next for their connection in Alice in Borderland Season 2. Will they just be friends, or is there already a love story brewing between the two.
Usagi had helped Arisu several times in the season, including when he had to risk her own life. For example, during The Witch Hunt, Usagi entered a burning building to save Arisu. Meanwhile, Arisu has been there for Usagi too, like that time he bravely rode the bus to save her. It gets even more challenging in the second season. So Usagi and Arisu will have to stay together.
What about the real world?

One of the biggest mysteries in people’s minds was what happened to the real world in Alice In Borderland. During a scene in the first season, we saw Arisu, Chōta, Karube and Shibuki talking about how they all got into the games. They discuss what may have happened to the residents of Tokyo. However, they could not come to a conclusion.
Not even Hatter and his associates were able to get to the truth. We know that whatever happened was only in Tokyo, but even beyond its borders. If you’ve read the manga, you should already know what happened. And if you haven’t, we’re not going to ruin it for you. You’ll have to wait for Alice In Borderland Season 2 to find the answer.
