The team turned to the judge’s laptop and found that the shooter was tracking the victim’s schedule. Baker later revealed that his partner Oscar may be behind this. They lived in the US for 27 years, but the immigration judge expelled them. Oscar stole Baker’s guns to attack his next target, a congressman, Curtis.
