Liam and Cheryl met in 2008 when Liam auditioned for “The X Factor” and about which Cheryl was a judge, but they didn’t start dating until 2016 – before Cheryl, Liam was in a relationship with dancer Danielle Peazer from 2010 to 2012, and then with his long-term boyfriend Sophia Smith from 2013 to 2015, while engaged today with the famous model Maya Henry.

The guys published their book “One Direction: Forever Young (Our Official X Factor Story)” and released their first song “What Makes You Beautiful” in September 2011. Just two months later, One Direction released their debut album “Up All Night”. . and it topped the US charts – their second album “Take Me Home” came out in November 2012 and topped the charts in about 35 countries, including the Billboard 200.
After a year, the guys released their third album “Midnight Memories”, followed by another album “Four” in November 2014 and their fifth album “Made in the AM” in late 2015.
Liam launched his solo career in 2016 after signing a contract with Republic Records, and his debut single “Strip That Down” was released on May 19, 2017, co-written by Steven Mac and Ed Sheeran. Billboard 200 Chart and #3 on the UK Albums Chart.
