Is Altered Carbon Season 3 Coming?

A genetic virus?
In the book, the awake Furies, Kovacs, Sylvie and the rest of their crew have returned from New Hok. In protest against the government, the system and the governing parties, they decide to spread a biogeneric virus. This can happen in the third season when Kovacs explores deep space and assembles a new army for Quell.
Younger Kovacs dead?
When Kovacs and another UN envoy raid the base to rescue Sylvie in the book Woken Furies, the envoy betrays him and Kovacs is arrested. Sylvie summons AngelFire, who extinguishes the entire troop. Will there be a new envoy group?
Will Quell form a new Envoy organization now that she is back and respected, quoted and adored? Quell can take over a pseudo-group led by a pseudo-leader and turn them into a real Envoy group. What will she do now that she’s back? She cares about Kovacs, but it’s not essential to her. Quell believes in a greater purpose, and while certain facets of the world have improved since she was last active in it, others have remained the same or deteriorated. This could give Quell the motivation he needs to start over.
Will Kovacs get a new cover?
After returning Ryker’s sleeve, Kovacs left the first season. He is first placed in the sleeve of a singer as a diagnosis and later in the sleeve of an upgraded soldier.
